Create maps using a number of templates. Import maps or tasks created with Mindjet's MindManager®, XMind, and FreeMind. Export your map as PDF Document, Image, Rich Text Document, HTML, FreeMind Map, Mindjet's Mind Manager®, and XML Document. Save maps or map parts and Print them exactly as it looks or customize your printing.

Present your thoughts with clarity by adding as much sibling topics or child topics to the selected topic. Put a parent topic between two topics. Additionally, you can add floating topic to draw the attention to the key topic. Describe your topics with callout and associate different topics with external relationships. Group a family of topics by inserting boundaries.
Now you are able to change the order of the topics and subtopics. With drag and drop, subtopics can be re-ordered on desired location between theirs sibling topics.

Add detailed information with mind map notes and hyperlinks to external information. Consolidate and centralize all of your documents with attachments. Add a hyperlink to a topic that will associate it with another topic in the same map. When you click on the hyperlink icon in topic, the "linked" topic becomes selected and viewed. Insert icons and images from image libraries or upload your own images. Schedule your activities with inserting date and time or add alerts and set recurrences on daily, weekly, monthly, yearly bases. Besides the existing "Curve ties", now you can use new types of ties: Elbow tie, Angle tie, Straight tie.

Choose the icon and image placement in the topic. Change the relationship and boundary shapes and format. This will motivate you and help you get clarity of thoughts. Focus attention on a single topic or place the central topic (and the whole map) in the Center of the screen; Expand and Collapse individual topics; Zoom In/Zoom Out and Fit the entire map to see all map objects. The map is shown proportionally to the whole available space. Now you can view your mind map in an extended working area – full screen.

Your current work on a mind map is Auto saved on defined period, which latter can be recovered automatically. Your mind maps are further protected from unautorised use with encryption of map. For this purpose file is protected with password.
